Below Ground Solutions have recently finished carrying out a treatment plant installation in Somerset. These installation works provided us with a challenge due to the site’s unique priorities, we sent our lead engineer Lee to site to asses the needs of our customer.

While on this site visit, we spoke to our customer to confirm his needs and why they wanted to go down the route of upgrading their current septic tank to a sewage treatment plant. Lee broke down the works explaining the steps that would need to be undertaken for the tank installation to go ahead.

Back in the Below Ground office Lee put together the plan for the installation works and confirmed with the customer that they were happy with the proposal, apon the customer say so, Lee placed orders to meet the installation team on day one of the works. Due to the careful planning by Below Ground Solutions the installation of the new treatment plant went seamlessly and within 5 days the new plant was installed and fully operational.

We would like to use this time to wish our customer will with new drainage system. We asked the customer for some feedback on the works that were carried out:
